Jaime founded Flux Engineering Inc. in 2017 with a vision to raise the bar for quality engineering in the electronics and high technology industry by applying established engineering principles to achieve results right the first time. In his 15+ years of engineering, management, and product development experience, he has gained expert-level knowledge of the entire product lifecycle and has seen hundreds of designs to production in multiple industries ranging from consumer electronics to medical devices. Jaime is a licensed Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.
Mya Kowark, P.Eng.
Director
As a Director of Flux Engineering, Mya serves as an internal business developer and strategist. She brings extensive experience in product development, custom design of novel devices, and management. With her 15+ years in the field of engineering, she bolsters an expansive portfolio, having developed 30+ innovative systems, she managed multimillion-dollar projects and worked with multinational companies to offer custom solutions and develop specialized devices. Mya is a licensed Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Victoria.
