- Ownership: all IP retained by us
- Costs: NRE (design, prototyping, validation), certification, and the per-unit price for the finished product. Post-project support priced separately.
OPTION 2: DESIGN + MANUFACTURING LICENSE
For clients wanting production control while leveraging our product development expertise
- What We Do: design, prototype, validate, and certify the custom product
- Specifications: provided by the client and refined by us as needed
- Deliverables: licensed manufacturing package for client-managed production
- Ownership: foreground IP retained by us, background IP licensed for use within product scope
- Costs: NRE (design, prototyping, validation), certification, and manufacturing package fee. Post-project support priced separately.
OPTION 3: DESIGN + OWNERSHIP
For clients requiring operational control while leveraging our design expertise
- What We Do: design, prototype, and validate the custom product
- Specifications: provided by the client and refined by us as needed
- Deliverables: design package, optional licensed manufacturing package
